GETTING APPROVAL TO REGISTER FOR CS/ECE BLANKET CREDITS

Research (CS or ECE 401)
Reading and Conference, (CS or ECE 405)

Internship (CS 410):  See Dr. Toshimi Minoura for approval.
 
Graduate:
Research (CS or ECE 501; CS or ECE 601)
Reading and Conference (CS or ECE 505; CS or ECE 605)
Projects (CS or ECE 506; CS or ECE 606)

Procedure:  Follow these steps in order to register for ECE or CS blanket credits:
 
The  EECS staff needs email approval from the faculty member you are going to be taking the blanket credit(s) with before the registration restriction will be lifted and you can register for the credits.
 
STUDENT
 
Step 1:  Copy and paste this entire email into your email editor.
 
Step 2:  Fill in the information below and email to faculty for their approval.

Step 3: To approve, forward student's email to Darlene Seltzer at darlene.seltzer@oregonstate.edu and include your approval.

Step 4: Darlene receives faculty's approval and lifts restriction.
 
Step 5:  Darlene sends email to student – “restriction is lifted and you can NOW register for (list course #)___________.”
