Development on CoFE at Oregon State University is funded by federal grants (currently from the National Science Foundation). It's easier for us to get future funding for CoFE if we are able to present data and statistics indicating who is using the software and for what purposes. Currently, commercial support for CoFE does not exist. The developers at OSU will attempt to answer questions and issues and bugs posted to the mailing lists or to the Jira bug-tracking system. However, such support is provided as time is available. In order to track the need for a commercial support organization to further CoFE, we are asking the following optional question.
