Information/hints

• Plots are best submitted as Acrobat PDF, Microsoft PowerPoint, or JPEG files
• The EECS plotter can accomodate plots up to 42" wide
• Typical dimensions for plots are 36" x 40" or 42" x 60"
• Plotter is available for research related activities only
• A minimum of 24 hrs notice (Mon-Fri) is required for printing jobs

To submit a plot:

• Create your document
• Save the file in the public_html folder of your OSU Engineering Account (not EECS account)
• Change file permissions to 755 (chmod 755 in unix)
• Record the URL to your file, example:
       http://web.engr.oregonstate.edu/~username/filename.ppt
