Mozilla will expand Portland office, add staff and lease its own space
"We were just looking to find the talent," said Mozilla chief financial officer Jim Cook. "We found a lot of open source talent in Portland right away." Firefox, Mozilla's most popular product, is an open source web browser that runs on multiple computing systems. Cook said that Mozilla has drawn heavily from Oregon State University's Open Source Lab for its Portland staff. The Oregonian
