Provides leadership, technical support and judgement in the area of quality management systems with emphasis on customer requirements, continuous product quality and productivity improvement, both at the manufacturing facility and externally, such as suppliers, contract manufacturers or other Sabroso facilities. This position assures the food safety and specifications of products and processes through leading compliance initiatives to policies, procedures and standards. A software developer is needed to contribute to an existing simulation model of wildlife population dynamics. Work is being done in C++ and C#, using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2.0. The model is under active development, but has been in existence for many years and is already quite sophisticated. A team of two developers are presently working full time on this project.
