As artificial intelligence (AI) progresses, there's always the fear that it might get out of control with machines thinking for themselves and taking over the world like Skynet in The Terminator films. Marvell Semiconductor currently has an opening for an experienced ASIC/DFT Engineer for our office in Corvallis, OR. The candidate will be responsible for defining, verifying, and implementing design for test methodologies and ASIC Test Strategy for the Consumer Imaging Products which meets both the needs of the customer and the manufacturing team. This includes tools and methodology development and implementation for scan compression, on chip clock for at-speed scan, ATPG, vector translation, RAM Bitmapping, scan diagnostic, SIP test etc. Work with R&D, test development and product teams to provide test debug support and address test and yield issues.
