Attendance to PACT2000 Workshops is free with registration to the PACT2000 conference. To attend the workshops only, the registration fees are:

$185 Non-Members
$150 Members of IFIP, IEEE/Computer Society, ACM/SIGARCH, IEEE Life Members

PACT'2000 registration can be done online at http://www.ece.orst.edu/~pact2000.

Workshop-only registration must be done by FAX or hardcopy, must be accompanied by payment or registration will not be accepted, and must be received by 5:00 pm EDT, September 22, 2000 at the address shown below. This registration application accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club cards and checks in U.S. Dollars. Please print out this form and fax or mail with payment to:

Workshop Registration

Workshop registration includes admission to the technical sessions on October 19. Separate workshop registration does not include attendance at any other PACT'2000 sessions or events, nor does it include a copy of the PACT'2000 Proceedings.
