Biography

I am currently a PHD student in Computer Science, working with Dr. David Hendrix (http://hendrixlab.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/). My main focus is solving the biological problems using Machine Learning (ML) techniques. I am specifically interested in Deep Learning models and applications in structural biology and cancer.
