ADVISING DURING FALL

Current EECS Students

All current EECS students should have received an email with the name of their fall term advisor. Please note that advisors do not have PINs for winter term registration. Information will be sent out at a later date regarding how to obtain your PIN for winter term regsitration.

Current EECS students who did not receive an email with their advsior's contact information should email eecsundergrad.info@oregonstate.edu requesting the name of their fall term advisor. Remember to include your student ID in the email.

You must have an ENGR account to schedule an advising appointment through the web. If you do not have an ENGR account you can either create one through the College of Engineering Account Services website or by following the directions for Non-EECS students on the bottom of this page. See "HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT" for more information.

Students wishing to change majors to CS or ECE
Non-EECS students wishing to switch into the School of EECS should come to the EECS Student Services Office (KEC 1148) between the hours of 8:00am - noon, Monday - Friday, to officially change majors. Students will be assigned to an advisor after a review of their academic file has been completed by the School of EECS.

Prospective Students
Non-EECS students and prospective students interested in learning more about the programs offered through the School of EECS can schedule an advising appointment by following the directions for Non-EECS students on the bottom of this page. HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Current EECS Students
Make sure you are signing up with the correct advisor before scheduling an advising appointment.

You will need to login to the EECS Advising Sign-up website using your ENGR account to schedule an advising appointment with the following advisors.  All College of Engineering students have access to an ENGR account. Creating an ENGR account is done through the College of Engineering Account Services website. Your advising appointment will be held in the office listed next to your advisor's name.

Non-EECS and Prospective Students

To request an appointment with an EECS undergraduate academic advisor please send an email to eecsundergrad.info@oregonstate.edu requesting an appointment. Your email should include the following information:
    • Your first and last name
    • Days and times you are available
    • Whether you are a current OSU Student or a Prospective Student
    • If OSU student, OSU ID#
    • Which major you are interested in (Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering)
    • Any additional information you think would be relevant
