Please follow the directions below to schedule an appointment with an EECS undergraduate academic advisor.

CURRENT EECS (CS/ECE/EE/CpE) STUDENTS

Please verify that you are signing up with the correct advisor before scheduling an appointment. If you sign up with the wrong advisor you will be asked to reschedule.  This will delay your ability to be advised in a timely manner.  You must have an ENGR account to schedule an advising appointment.  If you do not have an ENGR account please follow the directions for non-EECS students below.

If you are not sure whom you should meet please contact eecsundergrad.info@oregonstate.edu and request the name of your advisor.  Remember to include your name and student ID in the email.

Pro-ECE/CpE/EE students who meet one or more of the following

• Currently in the ECE/CpE/EE MECOP program
• OSU GPA is 2.50 or lower
• Pro GPA is 2.50 or lower
• Did not successfully pass (C- or better) all technical courses previous term

Pro-CS students who meet one or more of the following

• OSU GPA is 2.50 or lower
• Pro GPA is 2.50 or lower

All Pre-CS students

All Pro-CS students who meet all of the following

• OSU GPA is above 2.50
• Pro GPA is above 2.50
• Successfully passed (C- or better) all technical courses previous term

All School of EECS students who have basic questions regarding OSU and EECS policies and procedures.

NON-EECS AND PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

To request an appointment with an EECS undergraduate academic advisor please send an email to eecsundergrad.info@oregonstate.edu requesting an appointment. Your email should include the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Days and times you are available
• Whether you are a current OSU Student or a Prospective Student
• If OSU student, OSU ID#
• Which major you are interested in (Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering)
• Any additional information you think would be relevant
