IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VL/HCC



*** Location:

All events will take place in the Kelley Engineering Center (KEC).

The events will be in the rooms KEC 1001, 1005, and 1007, located on
the ground floor in the south-west part of the building.



*** Registration and Breakfast

The registration desk opens at 8:30am on Sun, Tue, Wed, and Thu.
On Monday, it opens at 8:00am. 
A light continental breakfast is offered at the same time.



*** How to get to KEC:

From the Hilton Garden Inn:

(A) Walk (10-15 minutes)
* Cross Western Blvd
* Walk north up 26th St. to Campus Way
* Turn right on Campus Way
* KEC is the 2nd building on the left

* Flag down the South-Central route

* Go to the CTS transit center at Monroe & 5th
* Take Bus 1 or 7 to 23rd street, or take bus #5 to Kings Blvd
* Cross Monroe and walk the rest to KEC

* A parking permit is required Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
* Temporary permits can be purchased at a pay station ($1/hour, $7/day)

* Walk to KEC (or take the free OSU campus shuttle, see above)
