Kishore Bhamidipati, is an Assistant Professor of Practice, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Oregon State University. His role includes developing and implementing industry-relevant education initiatives in software engineering. The audience of these initiatives includes undergraduate students, graduate students, recently graduated practicing professionals, and experienced software engineering practitioners. His initiatives should support a lifetime of professional growth and accomplishment, by bringing together students and practitioners in ways that promote mutually beneficial engagement and learning.
Kishore submitted his Ph.D. thesis in Computer Vision and Image Processing and is waiting for the final viva-voce exam. He worked in various engineering colleges in India and Malaysia before this. To mention the recent one he worked for Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. He joined the Oregon State University faculty in Fall 2019.
Kishore has presented his work in numerous conference papers and published his papers in various International Journals.
Kishore has taught a variety of Computer Science Engineering courses in Programming Languages, Software Engineering, Web Technologies, E-Commerce areas for last 17 years.
