Biography
Eugene Zhang is currently an assistant professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Oregon State University. He received his Ph.D. (2004) from the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the GVU Center. His research interests include Computer Graphics, Scientific Visualization, Geometric Modeling and Processing, and Computational Topology. Current research projects include vector and tensor field design and visualization, surface parameterization and remeshing, and non-photorealistic rendering.
